Each experience includes preparation, a 3-hour virtual session, and post-journey integration to ensure you feel held, supported, and transformed every step of the way.

This offering is available to those who are 21 years of age or older. While cannabis is safe for most people, there are some contraindications (ie work requirements, addiction concerns, mental health diagnoses).

Psychedelic Cannabis Session Preparation & Integration Guidebook - everything you need to know and can expect from this experience, all provided so you feel held before, during and after the journey. It also includes some of my favorite resources for working with plant medicines including books, tools, playlists, etc.

Preparation Session (30 minutes)
You will receive a comprehensive Intake Questionnaire to complete prior to the Preparation Session. Your responses will provide the foundation for our discussion during this meeting, which is our time to lay the groundwork for your experience, including discussing your intentions, and answering any questions you might have. The Preparation Session is typically scheduled one week prior to the medicine session.
Psychedelic Cannabis Session (3 hours)
This session begins with ensuring that you are settled in and grounded for the experience. I will then guide you in a cannabis “imbibing ceremony” where you’ll consume the psychedelic cannabis blend. You will then be invited to lie down and use an eye covering to promote an inward-focused experience. I will share a guided meditation to help you gently usher you into the medicine space. You will then be in the experience with the medicine, guided by a specially curated music playlist that I create live time especially for you. I am with you to provide guidance and support throughout the entire session. After I facilitate your return from the experience, there will be a bit of time for you to share anything you’d like to about it..
Integration Session (30 minutes)
This is scheduled within a week of the medicine session and is an opportunity to talk about how the experience has continued to settle for you, review the insights, healings, and knowings that arose, and answer any questions you might have.
